MEMO TO SUPREME COURT RE:OBAMACARE
DEAR MONSEUIR AND MADAME JUSTICES
I SOLD HEALTH INSURANCE FOR OVER 35 YEARS..THE MOST COMMON PROBLEMS WITH IT WERE AS FOLLOWS:
1)PRE EXISTING CONDITIONS SHOULD BE ELIMINATED
2)ALL HEALTH INSURANCE SHOULD BE PORTABLE(JOB TO JOB..STATE TO STATE) NO EXCEPTIONS
3)ALL POLICIES SHOULD HAVE MAJOR MEDICAL UP TO MAXIMUM AMOUNT
4)EVERYONE SHOULD PAY TOWARD THE COMBINED PREMIUM (GOV'T/EMPLOYER/INDIVIDUAL,STATE&CHARITIES)
5)IT SHOULD WORK THE SAME AS AUTO INSURANCE ..MAKE IT A STATE LAW TO HAVE IT BUT DO NOT
HAVE GOV'T OR STATE PAY 100% EVER AND DON'T MANDATE COVERAGE..IT'S UP TO INDIVIDUAL
TO NOT HAVE INSURANCE AND BREAK THE LAW (SAME AS AUTO INSURANCE)
6)NOBODY RIDES FOR "FREE"..NOBODY ..EVERYONE(INDIVIUAL) MUST PAY SOMETHING NO MATTER HOW SMALL
THE AMOUNT..
7)STOP "ALL" GRATUS OPERATIONS FOR ANYONE FROM A FOREIGN COUNTRY.. WE CAN'T AFFOED IT.. LET
THEIR COUNTRY PAY FOR THEM AND THEM PAY INTO THAT INSURANCE FUND..
8)EVERY SINGLE TYPE OF DISEASE,ADDICTION,ETC SHOULD BE COVERED UNLESS IT'S FROM ABUSE ..THEN NO
9)START A "HEALTH INSURANCE" FUND TO SHORE UP SMALL HEALTH INS COMPANIES AND STRUGGLING ONES
IF THEY ARE LIVING WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THESE RULES BUT GET "OVERWHELMED" ..
10)HEALTH INSURANCE IS NOT A GIFT..IT IS A PRIVILEDGE AND SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO ALL WHO ARE
WILLING TO PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE AND THAT MEANS "ALL" PARTIES (GOV'T/EMPLOYER/INDIVIDUAL/STATE/
&CHARITIES)
TRY THIS SYSTEM.. IT'S "NOT" A MANDATE BUT IT'S NEXT BEST THING AND IT WILL NOT ONLY HELP
